NBU and CDB discuss issues on further cooperation

A seminar organized by the National Bank for Foreign Economic Activity of Uzbekistan (NBU) in conjunction with the China Development Bank (CDB) was held in the capital.

The seminar was attended by heads of departments, managers of CDB, management of the company "CDB Leasing", directors and employees of the departments of the National Bank, as well as representatives of the Fund for support of export of small businesses and private entrepreneurship.

The meeting sides discussed issues of further cooperation between China Development Bank and the National Bank on the development of the agricultural sphere in all areas of our country.

- Our bank has started to cooperate with the National Bank for Foreign Economic Activity of the Republic of Uzbekistan in June 2006. To date, China Development Bank has allocated 5 credit lines to National Bank. It is worth noting that the sum of the last line of credit made $150 million, - said Head of the Working Group of CDB in Uzbekistan Fen Zhe.
