Overview of Requests of Individuals and Legal Entities

Overview of Requests of Individuals and Legal Entities received by the NBU JSC up to September 1, 2021.

As of September 1, 2021, NBU received 1,793 requests. 1,148 requests were received through the Online Reception Office of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 287 requests through the Online Reception Office of the Prime Minister, 128 requests through the portal of the General Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 8 requests through the portal of the Federation of Trade Unions of Uzbekistan, 350 requests were sent directly to the NBU JSC.

Form of Requests:

  • 222 written ones;
  • 1,571 electronic ones.

Category of applicants who sent the requests:

  • 1,144 individuals;
  • 649 legal entities.

Analysis of the results upon the review of requests:

  • 1,483 applicants have been given legal explanations;
  • 210 of them were satisfied;
  • 75 of them are not subject to overview (sent repeatedly, addresses or details were changed);
  • 14 requests were rejected;
  • 11 requests are being considered.

Analysis according to the regions (regions from which the highest number of requests was received):

  • Tashkent – 250 requests, 13.9% of the total number of requests;
  • Samarkand region – 170 requests, 9.5% of the total number of requests;
  • Navoi region – 158 requests, 8.8% of the total number of requests;
  • Fergana region – 153 requests, 8.5% of the total number of requests;
  • Kashkadarya region – 150 requests, 8.4% of the total number of requests;
  • Bukhara region – 150 requests, 8.4% of the total number of requests;
  • Namangan region – 148 requests, 8.3% of the total number of requests;
  • Kashkadarya region – 112 requests, 6.2% of the total number of requests.
