The cost of all services is indicated including VAT

Issue (emission) of the card

a) for residents and non-residents with a permanent residence or work in the Republic of Uzbekistan

b) for non-residents who does not have a permanent residence

Minimum balance and down payment (unchanged until the card account is closed)

Reissue of main and/or additional card (change of client's full name, loss/damage of card, loss of password, suspected fraudulent acts), as well as in case of non-return by the client to the bank, including, when applying for closing a special card account

Processing of transactions on cash receipt at terminals or ATMs of another bank with the card issued by the NBU*

Processing of transactions on non-cash payment for goods and services in the infrastructure of another bank (terminal/self-service terminal/online, etc.) from the card issued by the NBU*

* For Mastercard bank cards, if the card currency differs from the transaction currency, the amount of 2% will be temporarily blocked
